Their hours online say they close at 12am. I ordered my pizza online on the app at 10:30pm and said my pizza was being prepped. Show up at 11pm the store is CLOSED. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. The workers CLOCKOUT early. Will be eating elsewhere now!

They failed to give me my whole order and just said you can come get it or just get one ” free” next time but I already paid for it so how is it “free”. When I went to pick up my order they acted like I wasn’t even standing there. Luckily the delivery driver noticed me and got my order for me. I wont br returning to this particular dominos. The Ford street store is just incompetent. Yucaipa will be getting my business from now on.

Used to be very good – tracker was accurate and pizza toppings were plentiful, quality was to notch. Something happened – last 3 orders were sparse on toppings, tracker said ready for pick up when pizza still in oven, and same exact pizza had strange tasting crust. ♂️ Time to switch to a different location.

Website says they close at 12am. I ordered at 9:30, they called and said they “weren’t really taking any more orders.” My card was charged, and won’t be refunded for 2-5 business days. They can’t be too busy, it’s a Tuesday.

Horrible. I’ve gotten Dominos pizza from Yucaipa for the last 2 years with great customer service, good pizza and no problems. I ordered online tonight. They delivered an extra pizza when my order requested 2 large, I received 3 large. I ordered a box of brownies, no brownies. The girl who answered the phone, after explaining to her the error, said “I’m sorry, there’s really nothing I can do for you.” I will not get Dominos again.
