First of all they need employees that understand English. It shouldn’t be difficult to order or ask for siracha! They are rude and constantly like huh!? What!? Horrible customer service!!! They will stuff your plate with rice or noodles to give little meat and their eggrolls are smaller every time! They wont give you anything like sauces, chop sticks or fortune cookies unless you ask for it. Also you cant pay with card unless you spend a certain ammount. To top it off they have giant roaches in eating area!. It sucks because the food is good and they once had good customer service……UPDATE —> they got new owners so I gave it another shot.. Still rude and the food is now terrible! I just got 2 boxes of undercooked fried rice.

I remember coming here as a kid and the food was so good! I recently came here with my mother because we remembered about this spot so we decided to give it a shot again. Upon entry there was little to no variety on the food. The lady that assisted us was a bit rude as she was on her phone the whole time, and she really didn’t assist us that great either. When we began to eat the food we noticed that the quality of this place has plummeted. The food was pretty bad and I’m not even a picky eater and it sucks to say that it was terrible because I grew up coming here. Would I return here again? Probably not.

First of all, the lady serving doesn’t even understand the English that their menu is written with. She didn’t even understand “vegetables instead of rice,” so I’ve got a plate full of nothing but rice and noodles and a few tiny pieces of sugary, nasty chicken. Never coming here again.
