I went last week with my wife to El Alacrán for dinner, the food was served cold. When we finish our dinner, I paid our bill and I noticed they charged me a service fee, 18%. When I asked the waitress about it, she responded, “Yes we do, all restaurants do”, in Spanish, very disrespectful. I told her we will never come back to the restaurant and she said, “Don’t come”, in Spanish. We will never go back. I wish I could’ve given them a zero star. SMH.

Food was great, service was slow. The rice and beans had a lot of flavor! The drinks took a while to come out. I don’t think they have a bartender. The servers make the drinks for each table.

Not the best I had better than that the beans taste like they were convinced the burrito that I order had hardly any meat in it so I think it’s overpriced for what they give you but it’s my first time doing it will be the last one you’re not go back there again
