We were out of towners stopping on our way home… we had no idea how the process went & had a less than enjoyable experience due to the rudeness of staff. We understand it was busy but to be yelled at bc we didn’t know to sit & wait for our order was uncalled for. There was only one server who helped us who seemed to have a nice personality.

Stopped in this evening with my husband and toddler and received the friendliest service I’ve received from a fast food restaurant in a long time! Everyone we encountered was so nice and eager to accommodate our needs. They made friendly conversation and were just generally kind. The manager gave my toddler a bag of cookies, chocolate milk, and a pencil. The food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean. I would stop at this location again!

We had a good stop at this Smithfield’s location. Cashier staff was friendly and helpful. Management were attentive and welcoming. We even got some free souvenir cups. Would recommend to traveling families along I40.
