Decided to stop in at Burger King after going to the casino for a quick bite. Order a 9 piece chicken fry and got the most pathetic looking chicken fry ever that didn’t even full HALF the box (see picture). Also orders a original chicken sandwich and they SMOTHERED it in mayo…it was so soggy and slipping everywhere I couldn’t eat it. The fries were nice and fresh, soda was good. Customer service not so great, sat at the window for what seemed like forever before actually being greeted.

As far as BK is concerned, it was good. We went through the sruve thru. Fast service, gal was super nice, burgers were fresh and put together well. We got 2 whopper Jr. with cheese and bacon for $5, which is a good deal these days. We also ordered chicken fries and value fries. The chicken fries were smaller pieces than normal, but they gave us extra, so that was nice. Everything was fresh, which almost never happens.

Bugerkings slogan used to be (Have it your way). Well if we ordered sloppy whoppers, extra extra extra salted fries and bland rootbeer then it was perfect. And the cost seemed so high at $26.00. We were visiting the casino and couldn’t wait for BK. Went thru drive the and went on our way back to souuhern oregon so we never got to tell this location how awful the food was. Until the managment looks at an overhaul or start.serving pizza avoid at all cost. I gave 1 star all around just because all the food was almost enediabl. I would gladly take a refund or credit to try again in my town then edit this review. But hey if your looking to loose weight then welcome.

Ok, so it’s like some of the most processed food in the world and it’s in a tiled room with a drain in the floor and plastic furniture that’s bolted down, but the impossible whopper is dope. It tasted good, and it’s not meat. Is the meat industry criminally wastefully? Yes. Is fake meat even more wasteful and dangerous than real meat? Probly. Was it any less awesome as road food? Nope.

Usually pretty happy with this Burger King this time extremely dissatisfied order two Whoppers don’t know what happened only received one they only put one on the order also ordered onion rings mozzarella sticks and french fries the onion rings were find the mozzarella sticks look like they were freezer burn and cooked about four times burnt almost to the color of black and they still decided to serve them to me don’t know anything about the fries they never got put into the bag person took my order never did read back the order to me I guess I should have checked my bag before I left but why should I have to do somebody’s job that I’m paying them to do I look at it like this if I have to check to make sure my foods in the bag when I get an order from a place I just will not do business with that place anymore if that’s how they feel about my business then I will just take it elsewhere I guess they seem to forget that customer service is part of their job and without the customers they won’t have a job like I said this Burger King is usually pretty good but over the past few months when I’ve gone there the the customer service just isn’t there anymore it’s really sad to see this happen to a business that I’ve been going to for over 10 years☹️
