I went to this location tonight and I had terrible service police had to be called because I felt they tried to steal from me. I ordered food and was asked to pull in a spot because they had to cook it. Cool np but where the problem came in is when the BOY brought my food my pickles were missing and that’s the whole reason I had to park. Long story short I go inside and the LITTLE GIRL tells me since I misplaced my receipt I can’t get my food or a refund I spent $23.80 baby I’m not leaving w/o food or money. I asked her to go get her manager but the manager was “sooo busy” I was told to come back in the morning to speak w/ the manager. I end up finding my receipt and you guessed it they said I still couldn’t have my food or money. So I call the police because at this point you stole from me. The police were no help AT ALL. As soon as police leave guess who came out … the busy manager. And asks what happened. I tell her she apologized like 3,000 times. But she would have never came out if I hadn’t called the police. She went and remade all of my food. I probably will NEVER patron this Zaxby’s again!
