The Caribou off of Penn ave is my favorite location strongly based off of the wonderful and amazing staff that is there. I have never met a more fantastic team of baristas that truly care about their customers and community they proudly serve. They have never forgotten how my husband and I enjoy our coffee and are full of so much fun. The manager and her team are so balanced and I wish we could see this kind of outstanding customer service at all places. Kudos to everyone that works at this location. We continue to come back regularly because we love the welcoming vibes they share daily :). Thank you!

I have ordered multiple times a matcha vanilla tea latte and everything I get it, I swear there is no vanilla in it. Most of it is mostly foam I should get more drink with an xl not more foam. This location is the closest to my work and I go here all the time, I wish I could get the drink I like and get what I order and be able to enjoy it.

This is by far one of my favorite places to start the beginning of each work day. Service at this location is prompt, courteous, and efficient despite high customer traffic each morning. No matter who is working or at what time of the day, you are always greeted with a smile and treated in a friendly manner. Out of all Caribou Coffee locations, this is by far one of the best in the area. I would like to acknowledge Kayla and Camelle for exceptional service. The people at this location are just as superb as the coffee! Try it out if you happen to be in the area.

I like that there’s usually parking available in the lot. It’s a great location, within walking distance of almost anything you need (but I suppose that’s just how Uptown is). Also, I appreciate that ‘Bou usually responds to these reviews. This ‘Bou also has great seating, great atmosphere, and cool Minnesota art stuff. As a result, in retrospect, I’m changing my review from four to five stars. A+

Would give zero if I could. Used to be one of my favorite caribou locations but the racist employees called the cops on me for buying iPhones in the store. I run a electronic wholesale business and used to frequent this location until I was detained for buying phones because the employees decided to call the cops on me. The cops found nothing wrong
