The food is UNBELIEVABLE good! The smokey flavours, the hand-rolled Chimichangas, Burritos, or the loaded Nachos with the savoury refried beans, are just the beginning of pleasure compared to the explosion of flavours that delight the palate. The only let down was the drinks, though pretty the flavours were generic, that may have been because their charming young bartender was new at his post. I will be returning to allow my pallet to explore more of El Cerro.

The greatest service I have seen at a restaurant. I went here for my birthday and the staff was so friendly. My waiter, Yeyo, got the staff together and sung me the birthday song along with ice-cream! My primary dish was the El Cerro Especial. The steak and chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I would recommend this place for Mexican food because the service is the best, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is like Mexico.

We attended a birthday at El Cerro and it was perfect. We were seated in a semi-private dinning area and the service was second to none. The food arrived quickly and it was hot. To help celebrate I had a margarita on the rocks and it was made to perfection.

Honestly I am super disappointed that although we wanted to place an order of over $80 they refused their delivery service to us. It was an hour an a half before their closing time. I find that unacceptable. We have been loyal customers for a very long time and this was just extremely disappointing. We will be ordering from the other Mexican restaurant from now on as their service is reliable and they appreciate our business.

My husband and I love this place. We have never had an issue until a couple of days ago. My food came out cold and with lettuce that I had asked to take it off. My husband had to get our silverware even after the manager saw him get up to get it. The manager was to busy talking to people he knew at a nearby table to even notice his other customers. Talking very loudly I might add which made dinner unpleasant. Our waiter was great. This restaurant is usually great but here lately food and service has declined

EXCELLENT margaritas!!!! Absolutely bomb chips and salsa! We didnt eat a full dinner there, but from what we say, everyone else eating/smelled, the food was to die for. We intended to come back for a full meal, but didn’t for reasons….but will return eventually

Have always been good but have fallen off. Seems like every time we order they get our order wrong. Thought this might be the online service so starting calling the food in and still get the wrong items. One time they gave us a completely different order and when we called in we were told we could come get our correct order. Upon arriving back at the restaurant to pick it up it was the same food that had been sitting. We starting checking the bags before we leave and often have to ask where is the extra chips and salsa on we ordered. We have been ordering from them at least once a week for quite a while now and I’m finally fed up. Tonight we get home thinking it looked like everything was there and to our surprise nope. Call back and they took the order down wrong. So we paid $18 for one order of tacos? Will not be revisiting this location.

Ate here at the request of a family member. Me and my family found this restaurant to be not as tasty as other Mexican flair food restaurants! I don’t think I’ve ever not eaten my meal from a Mexican restaurant but on this trip found that I couldn’t bear the taste of the food neither could my family members! The food wasn’t bad from a spoiled taste or anything but just not flavorful to the standards we are accustomed to! Would not recommend or visit this establishment on a return trip to the area.
