This cozy spot in downtown Downtown can’t be beat for breakfast! My dad finally took me here to get my first mess (now that I’m 38 years AND living two states away in West Virginia). He got the Italian sausage (strong fennel flavor! Really tasty) with all the veggies. I got the sausage (the rosemary flavor, WOW) with all the veggies + provolone. All the staff are so friendly and know their regulars by name. Our server Jess was a gem!! I can’t wait to visit again.

This is an older diner. Apparently here forever and the decor shows it- but I loved it. Felt like home when I was a kid. Waitresses are awesome. Food is cooked exactly the way I would make it at home. One review I read talked about food be overdone – not to me whatsoever. I have had breakfast there twice and an early lunch (burgers are small but cheap so if you are really hungry order two- when you see you will understand) Coffee is great. Will continue to be my go to. BTW prices here are waaaaay better than anything else locally. A++ all around.

A really nice breakfast place. The scrambled egg “messes” and omelet were thoroughly enjoyed by my friends. However, my pancakes were super bland which is why I have to subtract a star from an otherwise perfect breakfast. Coffee was great, bacon was perfect, and the service, atmosphere, and prices were all amazing. Just don’t get the pancakes.

If you ever get a chance to try this place, it’s a good choice. There mess platter is awesome. Not something you can get too many places. There cream chip beef is good but they use a little too much pepper. Looking forward to going back.

Excellent diner. Don’t listen to the whiners about portion sizes or prices. Portions are fine and in case some geniuses haven’t noticed, prices have been going up on everything for quite some time so why should diners be any different?

This is a “seat yourself” diner. With counter service, tables or spacious booths. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. My order was promptly taken, and the food arrived quickly. Great selection of breakfast classics. Tasted great. Easy, on street parking.
