This place has really good subs. My problem comes with them not making my sub correctly. I usually always get the club on a sub. I’m a creature of habit. But it never has bacon on it anymore. This is like the 4th or 5th time I’ve gotten it and it has no bacon on it. Just makes me wish I just had a ham and turkey only.

I’ve only ever gotten turkey bacon ranch sub here and it’s been consistently good. Staff is friendly and my food is always ready when I order online. They fill my special requests too! Definitely recommend.

Very clean, everything was well stocked, food was delicious. Employees were polite and professional and keeping busy. I will definitely return!

I got an Italian, my usual favorite at other sub places (especially at Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy Johns). Mine had a huge chunk of ham and completely drowned out the taste of the salami/pepperoni: ended up being a glorified ham sub. When I saw it on the menu I questioned why Ham was included at all on an Italian, but figured it would NOT be 90% of the meat in the sandwich. I don’t even care for ham that much, good grief, definitely last time I’ll order one of those there.

The sandwiches were quite good and different than what you can get at other sub places. However, the service was very unfriendly – the person taking the order made no eye contact, didn’t smile, and didn’t say thank you after completing the order. These are little things that are actually important for providing a positive customer experience.

If you cater the Boxed Lunches for an event this option is not only on point with $ but great tasting! Most importantly, the medium sized sub is big enough to fill the belly and then you get chips and a cookie! Great job! Also, NO delivery fee but tips are encouraged. 🙂

Really good subs, but a lot of the time the order is wrong or they forget an item. In store is mostly fine (except when they add condiments after being asked not to), but pickup/delivery is usually missing an item. Chips, drinks, soup, pickle, or full sub, it’s a toss up what they’ll forget to provide. I’ve always gotten a refund, but it’s made me not order nearly as much due to the constant issues

Didn’t get served. Chaos behind the counter, employees seemed overwhelmed with backlog of orders, but they were moving kinda slow. Non English speaking employee basically told us to go away.

This has got to be the slowest, worst service I have ever had at a firehouse subs. Waited forever, sauces are no longer out and you need to ask for a very small sample sized container of it. Food was good but this is just a bad location, maybe it was an off day for them but won’t be back here anyway.

I apologize but while the interior is nice/clean and the staff seem very friendly there is absolutely no excuse at all to be left waiting 40 minutes for a single sub walk-in order. I don’t care how good your food is (which honestly it’s just decent) this isn’t how you run a business. If you’ve got a ton of time, and don’t mind wasting nearly an hour of it for a simple order I’d say try Firehouse Subs, otherwise if you have even a remotely busy day go elsewhere because they do not respect your time here.
