They did not look under staffed at all, yet we didn’t get greeted until after five minutes of waiting. My drink came out immediately, but we waited 10 minutes and had to ask 3 times for my fiancés simple plain black coffee. When we got out to our car finally with our drinks and food, we were missing a wrap. The customer service was extremely poor. Everyone working there seemed miserable. And their restrooms were also locked so no one could use a public restroom if needed.

No one knew what a Vanilla Bean cold coffee was..Three different workers approached the window where you pick your coffee up and could not understand what vanilla bean coffee was..I ended up with an iced French Vanilla.These workers looked at me like i had 3 heads..It’s a Dunkin Doughnuts and they never heard of Vanilla Bean?? Never going back!!

every time i go here i remind myself why i tell myself to never come again. truly don’t think i have ever gotten a right order. today the employees were fighting with eachother as a line of customers stand there as if they didn’t exist. this store needs shut down. absolutely worst service i have received multiple times in my 33 years of being alive.
