I have always been a fan of Neato. Delicious burritos! Large portions. The flavor is great. I love the decor, especially this one has the Elvis lamp! Quick friendly service. Plenty of parking!

Very bland food. Appreciate that they offer an option for a gluten-free tortilla for burritos. The overall lack of flavor in the ingredients makes this a no-go for us. A bottle of Cholula would’ve made a huge difference (we asked, they don’t provide hot sauce options).

It’s a perfect place for a solid meal after a workout. The prices are awesome for how much you get and how good the food is. I highly recommend the pineapple jalapeño salsa.

The food is really good. I always build my own burrito. I love their Cajun shredded chicken and the Spanish rice. I think they could put a little more cheese on, but that’s just my opinion. I also prefer to not have my burrito grilled. I’ll try and get a pic of it the next time. Their chips and cheese dip are good too.

They don’t take cash. There are no signs posted that they don’t take USD. Card only. Everything is good. There is a large verity of rice and protein to choose from. Can actually taste the natural flavors that is not loaded down with msg’s and “other flavorings”. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and open. Be great if they accepted cash!

We dined in and it was not worth the money. Go to Qdoba or Chipotle if you want any flavour at all. Not cheap and a disappointment for people who really enjoy burritos and bowls.

Went for a quick lunch on our way from NYC to Dolly Sods Wilderness, on a Tuesday in August. Also needed to make a stop at REI, so this worked out well. Both of us had the Cowboy Crunch burritos, grilled, and they were okay. Very reasonably priced, and quick.

Never returning, ordered takeout and they forgot my chips and the takeout made a mess in my car as it leaked completely through the bag. Also, food wasn’t very good, drowning in sour cream and guac. Have given multiple chances but this is the last straw, highly recommend Moe’s or Casa Mariachi instead.

Delicious! We gobbled up the special, “Cowboy Burrito”. Staff was friendly and inviting. The atmosphere was trendy and vintage cool.

The food is very good. Although they never put the crushed nachos in the cowboy crunch. I really can’t understand that.
