Went through the drive thru on Tuesday and got 2 roast beef’s and 2 small fries and asked to cook the fries crispy the food came out quick the fries were old n the sandwiches was not hot but room temperature I called and asked to talk to manager and he said this is me he said his name was Chris! Ok Chris your the leader of the store but still gave me cold food as a manager he disregarded that I even wanted crispy fries? Lets me know it’s not safe to eat here at this location at all! Was chris put in this position out of desperation because he definitely has no leadership skills at all! Chris admitted he gave me old food he just did not care! Never be back and I will tell everyone to be careful because food safety isn’t important and neither are the customers

Normally when we go here it’s good but yesterday it wasn’t..we get there and they told us they were out of crispy curls and dr pepper so we got different drinks and regular fries ok fine..we ordered 5 sandwiches,4 fries,and jalapeno poppers,waited nearly 20 mins in drive for our order get home our fries are cold and there’s only 4 sandwiches husband drives back comes back with the missing sandwich and they didnt even make it right
