Use Caution, Please manage the maintenance of your restrooms, completely unsatisfactory! Absolutely unapproachable and distasteful, enough to make me not buy or let alone eat any of their products. If this is how they manage their restrooms, imagine what their kitchen and BOH is maintained.

Everything is awesome except for drive thru confusion. The drive thru is literally in the parking lot for the other stores. People can’t turn to other stores in parking lot bc line for drive thru extends into lot causing stupid driving shenanigans.

Found green mold in my iced coffee. Went back in to figure out why and how this could have happened. The manager didn’t apologize or stop taking orders to talk to me. All she said was “I don’t know what that is” which is a really great thing to hear from someone making food. She made no effort to make things right and compensated me with a donut. Absolutely shameful and disgusting

Constantly understaffed in the mornings. Long long waits for items that should be incredibly quick and standing around inside until the entire drive thru is cleared. Massive failures by management running this store.

I was at the University Drive Dunkin the other day and they were very short staffed. Only 2 girls working when I usually see at least 4 staff on. They had a long line of drive thru customers and walk ins like me. The girls remained super friendly and kept their cool. Kudos to them but not the best rosters of staff.
