My team surprised me with a Dairy Queen ice cream cake for my birthday! Delicious cake and super filling. The whole team was able to get 2 slices each and we still had some left over so it’s not a small cake by any means.

Ordered a cake two days in advance and absolutely horrible service. When I arrived on the day to pick up my cake I had to stand in the restaurant for 15 minutes and when I got my cake it had a little to no decoration only a bottom border of the color I specified and disgusting writing on the top, which proves to me that they did not make it ahead of time with any kind of care or consideration, and threw it together while I was waiting. Really disgusted and disappointed

Ordered a strawberry banana malt, only received banana. Maybe I didn’t speak clearly into the mic, ah well. As I was enjoying my malt, part way through I noticed an odd consistency. I thought I was chewing on plastic…it was the dole fruit label, GROSS!!! I drove back and spoke with the manager. She looked like she was trying to hold back from smiling while I explained all of this plus her body language gave me the impression she didn’t care that much. To her advantage, she did offer to refund/make another malt which was nice of her but I declined both. I will not be returning…

Asked for a chocolate chip with nuts shake. Unfortunately, they don’t have it anymore. But the server said they could make it. I was doubtful but said ok, They used chocolate ice cream and nuts, but no, it did not taste like chocolate chip. Give them an A for effort but a D in not making it work.

After paying the exorbitantly high price for ice cream, my girlfriend after eating on her cone found hair in her ice cream. The cone promptly went into the trash can after arriving at home. We will no longer be patrons of this joint, our business will now go to Culver’s.

It was our first time at this location and may I say we were very happy with our service. We were the first customers of the day Saturday 1/21 around 11 am. The manager and the staff greeted us as we walked in. Took a few minutes to decide what we all wanted. We ordered the BBQ tenders basket, kids cheeseburger, regular tenders basket, and a number 5. When our food was ready the nice young lady brought our food to the table and thanked us and went about her work day. The food was deliciously delicious. My husband and I were a little bit shocked by the service we received in a good way. Very nice employees and manager. Keep up the good work.

My family and I rarely go here because the service and food is just so mediocre. I ordered a hot-fudge sundae with extra hot-fudge, chopped nuts, and whipped cream and I paid for the extra toppings but of course when they handed it to me it was just a regular hot fudge sundae. How hard is it to check the order and make sure it’s right before giving it to the customer?
