Placed order online with a pick up time of 9:28 pm .At 9:44pm I went into the store to inquiry about my order because I had not reviewed a code for pick . I explain to the gentleman my concern his response was there are kids working in the back playing around and they have not put the order in the oven yet . Next thing I hear is young ladies in the back yelling to the front that they “not putting nothing in the oven “ referring to my order as they laughing about it as I walked away . Please train your staff on how to provide exceptional customers service . Thank you

Order was late, due to them being slow for whatever reason, not bc of driver, ordered 2 pepperoni 2 cheese and Twix brownies, got 1 pepperoni 3 cheese and mnm brownies instead, tried calling them to ask why they made this mistake, after 2 minutes of ringing goes to voice-mail. Called 3 times too. I don’t expect it to be a 5 star experience, but this is sad. Last time I order from here.

The last couple of times I’ve been in there, things were chaotic. The last time, I had to wait 15 extra minutes for my pizza while it got cold because they left it sitting on the side somewhere instead of putting it in the pick up area where I could get it.

Went to pick up pizza and a fight broke out between the manager and a staff member . Waiting over 20 mins for an online order I placed 30 mins prior only to have that employee who had a disagreement with the manager come back with her entire family to scream and fight. They locked the door so they can go behind the counter and an employee from H&R Block came screaming they were calling the police. The entire family left and the manager still refused to help anyone or call the police. I got my order and it was wrong and of course the food was cold. My car was also towed while being locked in while all that went down! I will never go back.
