This is a family restaurant with a great focus on customer service and is decorated great for representing Nicaraguan food. I got house specialty steak dinner, which was good, but not great. I think I would need to try other things.

First time in today I wish I could remember what I ordered but it was delicious. The bar had a great selection of alcohol and a lengthy drink menu and beer selection which is not common for the area. I look forward to going back they have completely remodeled the space and everything was very comfortable, clean, and inviting.

The food is excellent! Each dish was meticulously prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients, and the presentation was nothing short of art on a plate. From the first bite to the last, I was taken on a culinary journey that I won’t soon forget. Also, I highly recommend stopping by the bar and experiencing the magic of the talented bartender firsthand. The bartender was a true master of their craft.

I’m giving it a four right now (4.9 if I could) instead of a five just because they are still working out some of the kinks of a new restaurant on its first day. I encourage folks that are trying it to be patient. I’m sure things will get smoother. The food is excellent and the workers are friendly and doing their best. The owners were fully aware of the delays and handled them very well. After a delicious and filling breakfast, we’re looking forward to trying lunch and supper here. We’re very happy that La Marimba is in our area and wish them the best!

Dennis was our server, did a fantastic job all night! Behind the bar was Francisco and the cocktails were incredible, he has a specialty with rum, mango and mint, it’s in a shooter glass….way good! Food and service absolutely phenomenal, recommend trying at least once(I know we’ll be back), we got the carne asada and churrasco…sorry no pictures, we were having too much fun!
