I just spent $11 on a cold chicken sandwich combo. There was no reason why my order shouldn’t have been cooked fresh. There was only one car in front of me and that was it. The BLT chicken sandwich is probably great when it’s fresh, but they don’t seem to care to make every experience a good experience.

I go here almost every morning for the $4 breakfast platter. Mine is 6$ because I like my eggs with cheese and I need both bacon and sausage. Its a good breakfast to start your day off right! I’ll take pics next time. It reminds me of Cheers when I go in, all the older people know each other its there hang out spot in the morning. I enjoy the atmosphere!

Here lately I’ve been getting the 10 piece chicken strips and it’s been hit or miss on how good they are and in these pass few days the strips have been over cooked and the batter is so hard it will break your teeth and I’ve tried to call the store @4099 Nolensville Pk and know one answers the phone and you can’t call corporate office anymore just only leaving email messages and they asked for a receipt for the complaint and I don’t have any because I use DoorDash. So if any corporate people see this message, please respond. Thanks and P.S I don’t know how to post a picture of this box of hard crust to show everyone what I’m talking about because it’s sad to pay as much as I did for this nasty food
