This location is in a bad area so I get why it’s hard to keep up with maintenance but door handles on the bathroom doors should be replaced in my opinion…. I can get over a rough looking door but getting in and out of the bathroom…? Tables are ALWAYS filthy… Flys bother you while your trying to eat as your constantly swatting at them. Broken chairs, trash bins… The food was ok it you don’t think about the cleaning part of things. Cashier this time around didn’t know very good English which is OK however her frustration that WE don’t know Spanish was annoying… I didn’t go to Mexico to order ma’am or I would have a book or translation app or something… I’ve been to this location many many times. Over the years it is definitely getting worse.

2nd time in a decade. 730pm wife and I drove to eat. Cashier was polite helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick, for my person the burgers were dry, buns toasted nice. Produce was fresh, spicy papa sauce was tasty. Processed American cheese. It is an average fast food burger, honestly had the patties not been past well done the burger would have been better. Honestly wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Fries were tasty. My view.

We went there 3 different days and their ice cream machine was down. Staff said it had been down for weeks, in August no less. We went to Burger Box in Kennedale to get a Root beer float and meal. I go there often for the fish, but ya’ll have to fi. The ice cream machine. You are an A&W store for God’s sake. Come on!!!! You can do better!
