Upon entering I was greeted by Melissa. Her customer service skills were exceptional. After ordering I passed by several dirty tables until finally settling on a table that I decided just to wipe off. The atmosphere felt dirty and honestly lowered my appetite. The food was done in average time. The chicken strip basket tasted good but seemed as if minimal effort was put into it. Pic of toast below. The other guest with me got the pineapple sundae and complained that the pineapple wasnt good but the ice cream was. Other guest also mentioned the mens bathroom was very clean.

Got a burger and some cheese curds around 12 today. No problem with the cheese curds but my burger that I got was still raw. Never have I had a fast food place serve raw burgers that were barely cooked. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

The food is ok, if they where to give me what I actually ordered. If I ask for dressings, they don’t put it in, if they ask me if I want whipped cream on my milkshake, and I say yes, they should actually put it on my drink, and not slam the drive through window in my face. Not the best food, but I’ve had worse. The customer service could use a lot of improvement.

Twice in a row I’ve gone there for chocolate dipped cone. The only thing that makes dairy queen what it is. Both times the dip coating was so thin I could see the ice see an through it and the chocolate turned into thin shards in the back of my tongue. Dairy queen has been my favorite since the 60s..but im put off it now

I go weekly for the $7 lunch special in Redmond, 3 piece chicken tenders, fries, drink and small sundae. Sometimes although they don’t listen well when ordering and deliver your oder missing the sauces you ordered. Also sometimes when you go back up to ask for your sundae, they forget and you have to go back, again to remind them.

Ordered a royal blizzard though door dash and what I was got was half blended ice cream in a cup. When I called about it, the girl on the phone laughed and was really rude. She refused to do anything about it and was giggling through the whole phone call. Worst service I’ve ever had.
