After a long arduous hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, I saw this food truck driving out. We had to stop and check it out for a little treat after our accomplishment. We ordered 2 asada and 2 barbacoa. The tacos were reasonably priced at $3.50 a piece. I had the asada first and was floored. Usually asadas lack any kind of flavor (that’s why I chose to start with it) but this asada was far from plain. I’ve never had an asada like this before. I moved on to the barbacoa thinking it would not top the asada but it was just as tasty. The barbacoa was saucy and spicy. They were very good tacos. The gentleman that took our order was helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately, we found this place on our last night at Estes Park but I will definitely be coming back to the Rockies if not for the hikes then definitely for these amazing tacos!
