I had a Steakhouse garlic Ribeye sandwich a month ago. Really enjoyed it. I ordered another a couple of weeks ago and asked for extra Garlic sauce on the side. The cook decided to put extra on the sandwich. It was so wet that I couldn’t eat without the whole sandwich falling apart.

Very poor management “Rosa” must have been having a bad day. Poor attitude, very unfriendly, acted like us being there really bothered hee. Tried new sweet/heat loaded ff, there was very very little liquid cheese on ours, asked for a little more or a side cup, she told cashier take the product from us, re ring up another order and charge for the extra cheese. Wow! So instead of getting another order I just askd for my money back. She’s Def not an asset to that company!!

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches. Both had WAY TO MUCH tartar sauce (and not very good at that on them. Not sure what the fish tasted like as all we could taste was the mayo from the so called tartar sauce.
