This place is absolute trash ran by trash employees. Its a pizza, how do you mess that up? Ordered a pretzel pizza and got a regular pepperoni pizza with salt on the crust? You guys are useless. Please do us all a favor and sell this place to a competent buyer that cares. Give it up. Looks like the reviews have been this bad for months now. Im sure you don’t read them anyways.

Dropping this down to one star as the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. A family member came here recently and asked that they ensure the pizza was cut all the way through. The staff said they did. It wasn’t.

I’m very disappointed with this location. I placed a mobile order on April 1st around 7:50pm, order said it was going to be ready at 8:17 – 8:22pm. My husband arrived at the location at 8:20pm. He than walks in sees pizza is not in the portal which is okay so he waited around 10 minutes. Than he walks up to the counter to ask about it and they said that they gave it to someone else. They said started yelling at each other looking for our order and another 10 minutes passed before they agreed to remake it but with such a bad attitude. But in the 10 minutes prior people were coming in to get pizzas and they were getting served first even if it wasn’t a hot and ready pizza. All in all this turn into a 30 minute wait after the estimated time that my pizzas were supposed to be ready. Then my husband gets home and the pizzas are stale bread is stale, cheese looked like it has been sitting out all day. And was cold even if I live 5 minutes down the road it doesn’t have to be cold as an ice cube.

I have been a huge fan of this location. The middle eastern gentleman is always so kind and quick. However, the last 3 times we’ve been there, we’ve noticed a new crew. They are so bad-mannered, their customer service has been terrible and extremely slow service. This place has lost a loyal customer. Service night of 3/24 was by far the worst. Took 2 hours to get my pizza and when it was ready, it was burnt and tasted old. Please re-train these people or hire new ones.

Since March this location has gone downhill. Half the time an oven is broke and they get backed up. Worst part though is they don’t tell people walking in the door “Hey heads up…” so you’re waiting there not knowing your order is going to be 20 to 30 mins late. The last 3 orders the pizzas are overcooked. Staff could care less. They have a non chalant attitude and make people yell to the back for service up front. Franklin you’ve been warned

Really amazing Store! When I placed order online, I wanted to change the toppings which I couldn’t do online. I rushed to the store and I requested if I can do that. Ben, in reception, a very friendly and fantastic person, caring for customer, said that of course he can do without any charges and problem. Specifically when I asked to replace Pepperoni with other vegetables, he said he can also do the clean-cut which means pizza cutter used to cut Beef or Pepperoni pizza won’t be used to cut my pizza, which I didn’t know before. This was fantastic.

Wish I had read these recent reviews before going there today. We have purchased pizzas from this location for years and have always been happy. Today is the last time we will ever go here. Burnt pizzas that were not cut and barely had any cheese in the stuffed crusts. Teenagers goofing off making the food. Apparently this is the norm from what I read in other reviews. Did not know this location was under new management/ownership. It shows. Another restaurant in Cool Springs bites the dust. Adios.

Little Caesars Pizza is our go-to place for take out pizzas on the weekends! We always have lots of yard work and sports/activities on the weekend and need something fast that everyone likes. This Little Caesars Pizza is extremely clean and always has hot, delicious pizza ready! We never have to wait for them to bake more and we’ve never received an “old” pizza. They seem to have a good idea of the traffic flow so they always have hot, fresh pizza ready. We’ve been going there for years, so I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to give them the five stars they deserve. Great prices, great food! You won’t be disappointed! Just look at my picture of the delicious pizza!
