Nice atmosphere here and always good service but we plan to cut back on our weekly trips here as their prices have gone up significantly and the amount of food per plate has gone down. Chi used to be well priced to the quality of food. It no longer is. We have other choices in town ( we love Little G) and we plan to take advantage of those

The bartender s beyond non attentive, he is out worldly hostile. After we ordered drinks he COMPLETELY ignored us for at least 30 minutes. Never asked us if we’d like to order dinner. We ordered from a waiter. He continued to ignore us. It’s unacceptable. Extremely uncomfortable and uncomfortable and beyond unfriendly. Please do NOT go to this restaurant. MISERABLE EXPERIENCE

A very cozy and clean place. The staffs are nice and food is great. It’s apparent that the bar counter is very popular here. The lobster is surprisingly delicious. Everything is beyond my expectation.

I ate here with 6 friends on a quiet Monday night. The drinks were great and garnished beautifully. Food was very fresh and crisp. We got a variety of Asian, sushi and Thai and everyone enjoyed their entrees. It was fun to see the take out robot driving around the dining room with food from the kitchen. Service was friendly and prices reasonable.

Well we were a table of 4 people and the booth lighting was reduced so we could hardly see the menu’s. They have No plate specials, so you have to purchase everything individually which is disappointing… Everyone at my table got their food, but for me I waited 15 minutes as other tables got their meals. Then I asked the waiter where was my entree, he counted the plates and realized he forgot mine then said coming right up. No Apologies at all for his incompetence at all, as I’ll Never go there to eat as well as our friends that came with us….

Horrible service! Came in the host pointed at a table we could sit at and we walked over and sat down. After 20 mins of no service we asked for a menu and received that. After another 15 mins of not being served (and the waiter and host walking by use about 10 times) we realized they were never going to serve us. Never even got water. We decided to leave and on our way out I told the waiter that we are leaving because we never got served and he laughed in my face and said okay bye. Never come if back again.

My spouse and I did not feel welcomed at this place. We didn’t get a menu until 20 mins later after I flagged down a waiter..it took another 20 mins before we got up and left. No one offered us even water to drink. We were the only black couple in the restaurant so not sure if that made a difference. Food also looked overpriced.
