Staff we’re very courteous and respectful. Me and my wife placed an online order today we were missing one item from our online order and we requested that the staff provide us the item and the staff provided us with the item and an additional item to compensate for us having to return. I live in Tennessee but I come to Marion atleast once a month..The food was good and they didn’t forget anything in my order..It was on a Wednesday evening. There is an incredibly long wait EVERY single time. The last time I tried to go inside because the dining room looked empty after being in the line for 20 minutes without moving any, and the 2 customers in there said they were told it would be an hour before they could get their food. You are stuck in the drive through so you have no choice but to wait once inside the lane. Currently in line writing this and the truck in front of me waited 20 mins before they ever spoke to him at the speaker. I’m not sure where the hiccup is (management, employees, both)but something is definitely not working. I usually up just choosing one of the other restaurants next to it. Thought I’d give it another chance tonight, but sadly, same experience.

It was just another Taco Bell. When we arrived, most of the staff was sitting and standing right in front of the entrance smoking and hanging with their friends. Our food came fairly quickly and it was made fresh, but the fact that most of the kids working there seemed bothered that they had customers just hit me wrong.

Ordered through the app two days ago, got to the restaurant to pick up the order and was told they had “no food”. Also was told they couldn’t issue a refund and I would have to contact them through the website. I have sent two emails and have gotten no reply but Taco Bell sure got my $25.88 for food they didn’t give me! Absolutely ridiculous. The customer should never have to jump through so many hoops to get their money back from a restaurant that couldn’t fulfill their order. The restaurant should be the one handling this, and I shouldn’t be sitting here with money taken out of my account for food I never got. Can’t get a reply from anyone, the staff at the restaurant are honestly useless. Will never go back.

Have tried 10 plus times to get food. For some reason the robots are working there can’t make anything how instructed. Today I was supposed to get four of the cheesy chicken burrito thingies extra chicken extra sauce instead of doing that they threw an extra burrito thing in there. Unless you’re ordering strictly off the menu stay away and you’re lucky to even get that.

Went and got home got the wrong order handed to me and the girl at the window said they guy didnt give you the rite order well I used to work at an establishment just like this in my hometown it was Taco Bell and the girl poor boy at the window is supposed to check the order before it goes out I did get my food so I was okay with that but I was unpleased with how that happened
