It’s a very slow early Saturday morning around and I decided to swing through around 7:30am. I waited roughly 5-7 minutes for my order. I was the only one there. I thought waiting longer meant I’d have better, fresher, food. I was wrong. Krystal sunrisers were horrible. The sausage on them seemed like they were 3 days old and had been reheated 14 times. Dry, hard, crunchy, hockey pucks. I don’t recommend going when it isn’t busy. I’m sure what I was served was days old.

I’m allergic to pickles and I asked for 2 krystals without pickles. I get half way home and took a bite of one of the krystals and sure enough there was pickles on both burgers. It upset me greatly because I’m allergic. Very bad customer service! What is going on with all the Krystal restaurants? The one in Soddy-Daisy, really do not care about customer service, making sure the food is fresh and correct. I tried to give them 3 chances to get my order to me correctly. I’m convinced they just do not care. I wouldn’t recommend this Krystal’s on Dayton Pike in Soddy-Daisy.
