I eat here at least 2times aweek for the last 4 months. I had a bad experience where the worker gave me a different order other than what I asked for. Sherry compensated me. Now today my order wasn’t correct,I asked for toast when I get home I had no toast but cornbread. I called and was told whoever fixed my plate made a mistake. I was told to come back for the toast. Instead I brought the whole meal back and was told not to come back. I didn’t disrespect anyone but I was irritated and now insulted. I spend at least $50 aweek and I feel that they should have offered me something for my trip and unconvinced instead I was told not to come back. That’s why it’s so hard to support black establishments.

False advertisement is not good for a business. You really should update the prices on the menu whether it’s a four or five dollar difference or anything it needs to be updated I believe that’s against the law.

Ms. Sherry is such a nice lady, that’s why I feel bad about leaving this review. Let’s start on more positive the chicken wings were tasty as well as smothered potatoes. However I ordered meatloaf and it had no taste but what was disturbing is they drizzled ketchup on the whole meatloaf as if it was a burger . The Mac n cheese wasn’t baked and had no taste like bland the noodles were mushy, greens n hamhocks was so salty I couldn’t consume. Lemon cake was good my husband loved it. I believe in 2nd chances so I will support again, but hopefully some recipe changes may have been applied. God bless your business

Great Soul Food, all the greats like my grands and mom used to make, and now I can cook it, but these guys do an awesome job of it. They were very friendly with fair prices, if you get the chance, I highly suggest that you get by there and check them out.
