Rice was hard and the server wouldn’t give me more cheese when I asked her to. I used to work at chipotle and I was a big fan of its food till I had a burrito from the chipotle in christiana mall. I will still be a costumer to all the other locations however I will not be returning to this location.

Food was good as usual. I have to say I was a little irritated when I went to the counter for a drink refill to be told we don’t do that. What? Who doesn’t give refills? Chick-fil-A two doors down in the food court gives refills. I guess next time I get my drink from them.

We ordered burritos with sofritas and the girl packed it SO FULL! Then my boyfriend asked for bowl to eat the burritos over because it was so full we knew it was going to fall apart. After a moment of confusion, she obliged.

The food is always good and the service normally great as well. However at times the portions are unacceptable. Today we ordered the same exact burrito in a bowl that I always order. I stood in a different line than my daughter but when I open my bowl I had to search for meat. I had more cheese than chicken. Come Chipotle, if you expect to keep customers you have to do better. I will give them a break for awhile after today because I need consistency. I can only hope it gets better soon if not I’ll be going to their competitors.

$2.65 for a fountain soda and they no longer do free refills. They used to. Even during pandemic they just replaced the cup. Get your drink elsewhere…

I’ve visited at least 5 Chipotle locations in the last few years, and this one is consistantly my least favorite. I understand the long lines, but the portions given at this location are NOT what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. I will choose a different eatery every time I visit the Christiana Mall.
