Disgusting. Don’t order here. I order a chicken kabob salad. I went in to pick up. As I was waiting for my order. The staff just talking gibberish and just smacking and slapping on food with their mouth opened. I said they hungry and tried to ignore. Then one of them burps really loud. Then starts laughing. Haha in Japan it’s actually an insult if you don’t burp after you eat. When the girl comes and says your order is ready. I said oh no I don’t want it. I would like a refund. She said I cannot. I’ll get my manager. The owner comes out and says. No refund only a credit. I said. I no longer want to eat here after what I witnessed. I didn’t even touch the order the girl took it back with her. So his daughter come up to me and says. Im the owners daughter is it a crime to burp? It was me who burped. What ? Are you serious that’s gross. She has no respect. They said call the police. I said no , no no need to call the police. I see this is not the first time you’ve treat people like this. It’s simple just give me money. She said, she ain’t getting nothing and walked away. Wow big wow. No professionalism at all. I went to subway after. Spent more money. And threw away. $18 dollar. So this morning. I called city call , consumers affairs, also contacted board of health. This is not the end.

Hands down food is Great. Up until this week would order from these folks 2-3 weekly. I just called from my cellphone and they refused to service me unless I called back with an unblocked phone number. Even after offering my number and identity. Thankfully Alfredo’s is around the corner. Not playing games w/ these people. No amount of explaining away will change my mind.

I have no idea what the reviews here are only a 4.0 for. I haven’t ordered because of the reviews but I’m glad I did, and I wish I did sooner. The salad here is so much better than Alfredo’s with their overly dry chicken. This place has flavorful and juicy chicken. The roast beef 3 way isn’t half bad at all either.

I haven’t been here since I was a kid I used to play the video games in there. The driver delivered the phone I gave them a little tip and this guy sent me a text message thanking me and saying bless. Me I have to say out of the 45 years that I’ve been on this planet I’ve never had that happen to me. This guy deserves a raise. sometimes we forget how important the food industry is and with inspiration from this man God bless him and his family that’s humanity for you. Yeah, George Lynn mass. Go get you some shout out to all the staff your awesome…… I have an eight here for about 25 years. I still love you guys.

Girl at counter very rude . Playing on her phone and ignoring me . When she finally put down her phone she acted like I was disturbing her . Sorry you had to do your job but isn’t that is what you are there for.. food was ok for the price . But I won’t be going back there because of the rudness of that girl

this time it was my turn he visited hundreds of restaurants in my town of lynn over five years but the worst customer service is George Pizza i ordered two Bacon from the girl at the front and she got the wrong order she gave me Bacon with French fries and when I went to complain because the order was wrong, he told me that I had to pay again if I wanted to change it.
