Ordered takeout with friends. Ordered several bottles of soda. It turns out the bottles can only be opened with a bottle opener, while most bottles of carbonated beverages can be opened by twisting off the cap with your hands. Needless to say, this ruined our meal, as we did not have a car, and did not have access to a bottle opener. This is NOT COOL, and I highly advise Chipotle corporate to reassess and restructure their marketing strategies. Assuming someone has immediate access to a bottle opener is not productive. Have a nice day.

food was still fresh at 7:30 on a Sunday. Tables were clean. i overhead the manager reminding the employees to wash their hands. Cashier was very friendly. Will be back

Food portion sizes have gotten so small, it’s baffling how much I have to pay for such small portions. Really would’ve been a 5 star otherwise, but service was lackluster and food costs too much for small sizes.

I come here a lot even though the customer service sucks the meat is always dry the portions are suspect but I have to say the manager Edward is the best thing that happened to this location, I wish he could work everyday lol (No joke) he’s awesome, very kind, and he makes sure the customers are ALWAYS taken care of!!, he only works Saturday as far as I know and that’s the only day I will come!. Besides Edward I just want to say thank you and how pleasant and humble the young man was that help me with my order. Keep up the Great work Gentleman.

I took my two year old son to lunch here about an hour ago. The gentleman behind the counter was very attentive. He made my son a quesadilla with sides. I do wish there was additional sides of tomatoes, corn or veggies without onions or jalapeño for the children. That would be nice. The restaurant was clean, so when my son and I sat down I felt comfortable. I’ve been to this location a couple of times now, and it’s been a good experience.

Not a good location for Chipotle. Food is regularly subpar (dried out rice, meat sitting and getting crusty on display) and cleanliness not great at all (floors, drink areas, counters, utensil holders empty). I’ve eaten here about 6 times because I’m in the area often, but there’s a considerably better chipotle a few minutes away that I go to instead. The brand definitely took a few steps back in the past couple years in every location, but this particular location needs more attention from its owners.

Place is ridiculous. What should have been an easy order turned into almost an hour because you can’t order face to face. A simple Chicken Quesadilla has to be ordered online! When asked why, the guy says everywhere is like but unfortunately it’s not. I order that almost twice a week at by my job in Queens and you don’t have to use mobile. Won’t come here again. Worst experience ever

All reviews here are telling the truth about customer service and poorly train staff. I don’t know how this place still run a business with so much complains. Stay away from this chipotle ronkonkoma location. They deserve a zero star! I ordered a burrito bowl no rice and add beans but came out with rice and no beans and barely have any meat. Chips is horrible like it fried in a cold oil and no flavor. I spend $51 for 4 meals, totally ripped off. Waste of time and money.

I don’t understand, how with almost 2 hours left until closing, a chipotle can be out of all protein and white rice. This has occurred multiple times now. This is the closest location to me and honestly it’s a waste of time to even go in and see if they have basic ingredients. I don’t know if there’s an actual shortage, the staff doesn’t feel like cooking, or if the owner isn’t ordering sufficient stock, but at this point it doesn’t matter. I’ll just go to another location or pick something else.
