The Peanut Thai wrap in a bowl was delicious for my Sunday lunch at the Market. A blend of flavors and textures–tangy bean, crunchy lettuce, savory Peanut sauce and crisp green beans. Mama K customized it just for me. Finishing off with her Ginger Lemon Tumeric Kombucha left me feeling just right.

Wraps are always fresh and delicious. Posole is comfort in a bowl. Have tried both the chocolate and banana cakes which are clearly made with love. Definitely worth a stop! Bonus points for packing so much flavor into a great vegan meal.

We found Grandma’s root cellar on our road trip to Grand Rapids. It was sooooo good. Fresh, made with love and so much flavor! Side note…the kombucha, made by Mama K, is out of this world. If you’re anywhere near the market it’s worth the detour. I may just road-trip for the food.

The meal combos at Mama K’s are my favorite, and visiting with Kelly always completes the experience. Her jams and salsas, and the creativity and technical execution that goes into them makes her food – and shop – absolutely delightful. I’m excited by the variety on her menu week-week, and never visit as often as I want (or crave ). I don’t have pictures because as soon as the food is in my hands, propriety and pictures “for the insta” fade from mind as the aroma hits my nose – I’m hungry, and I’m’ma go eat.
