We showed up with a large party 30 minutes until closing time and they were extremely friendly and accommodating! It was the best service I have had in a very long time. Our waitress Desra was so nice and personable, always asking if we needed anything else. The kitchen was also very quick with our food. Very impressed with the food and friendliness of the staff.

We love Monicals Pizza. As we don’t have them where we live, we always go when in Illinois. Visited Sullivan’s and was very disappointed. Pizza was burned on the bottom. Corn meal was totally black. Mentioned it to the server and she said yep that happens sometimes. Will visit Shelbyville’s Monicals Pizza from now on. Never had a bad pizza there.

I really want to give a shout out to the crew and management at this location. I had a birthday party with about 35 people at 5 last night. We had order pizza from another company with a 24 hour notice and when I went to pick them up that company back out on me. I walked into the restaurant and told them what was going on at 20 mins till 5 and got great response. Then by 505 the manager was pulling up to the location in her own vehicle delivery the pizza. They did a great job on short notice to get the nine pizza made and to us. Great customer service and very helpful on such short notice. Thank you so much for saving us at last min.
