Great new place opened in the old small brewery. The pizza is great! 12 inch individuals and they are dynamite. Great crust and sauce. I recommend the Proper Pep! The Margaritas were light and a good value on the happy hour menu. Great bar! Great staff. A new favorite in Patchogue. Tell ’em Barsnobs sent ya!

Great new restaurant!! Ambience very casual and inviting. For starters , we had the fried zucchini, batter was very light and well done. The others in my group were pleased with their meal. Owners are extremely friendly and go over and above to make sure you are happy with your meal. Definitely going back.

The other reviews must be from friends. Y’all, DO NOT go here for the pizza. It’s like elevated skating rink pizza. The dough is gummy…the sauce is a no…the crust came out pale looking. The best thing about the pizza was the Parmesan cheese. If you’re going here for a late night vibe and you’ll be drinking (a lot)…then by all means order the pizza. But do not go here expecting good or even decent pizza. Also, the drinks were meh-sweet w/no punch, served in giant glasses & lacked balance. I get that you’re new, but, if you actually want feedback, learn how to ask for it & how to respond to the criticism. We were being peered at as we tried the pizza and then the two ladies were like “soooooo how is it it’s great right?” Or something to that effect to which we actually responded honestly and then they didn’t know how to handle it. After my sister and I left we went to have real pizza.

This place is a must visit! Plates all presented really beautifully! The pizza had the most lightest crispy crust! The sauce reminds me of sundays at my nonnnas! Service and staff were super friendly and attentive and has a great night life vibe if your sitting at the bar past hours they had the lights and dj going last week when we went! Deff will be visiting again soon to try some when there full menu comes out 🙂
