Delicious! We tried lots of things and they were all good! We had the Cuban sandwich, pulled pork plate, BBQ chicken sandwich, Mac & cheese, Cole slaw, pasta salad, corn bread, and baked potato. I added the House Classic Herby Sauce to the chicken sandwich and the pulled pork and I have no regrets!

Really enjoyed our dinner from Herby Q. Brisket with the house BBQ sauce was my favorite, and burnt ends were also really good. Mac and cheese and cornbread were delicious. Menu updated frequently. Take-out only but was very easy to order online and pickup. Can’t wait to try more.

Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had, even if the roll wasn’t toasted. Unbelievable flavor. Pasta salad had a lot of good veggies too. Saw the brisket grilled cheese being made while I waited to pick up and will definitely try that next time. Good job, Herb!

Just tried this place out for the first time! Definitely will become a regular spot. Delicious food! I got the pulled pork sandwich, topped with slaw. One word: perfection. My other half got the special of the day, bacon cheeseburger Mac and cheese, it was to die for! The cheese sauce they use was spectacular to dip the remains of my pulled pork in. Highly recommend!!

So glad we discovered this great BBQ place! We bought four trays for a party, one each of pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac n cheese, and fruit salad. It was all fantastic! The pulled chicken especially was so tender and moist, not always the case at other BBQ places. The mac n cheese got rave reviews (I wasn’t quick enough to get any…) — next time may have to get two trays of that! Will definitely use this place for future parties and recommend most highly!

Hands down BEST brisket we’ve ever had! You can taste and see the difference – it’s all made in house. The sauce is perfect – not too sweet or too salty. The meat is seasoned and cooked perfectly. Best cornbread – tastes almost like cake or pudding. Beef jerky also made in house and packaged – best beef jerky! This place has a lot going for itself. Out of all Southern BBQ Herby Q ranks up there. You won’t be disappointed.

The BBQ was amazing. Got there around 6 with a line out the door…good sign for a Tuesday evening. Got the pulled pork plate for my daughter and I got the pork belly and brisket plate. Everything was super flavorful, tender and not dried out. Really was amazing.

WOW. The food here is amazing. I’ve lived a few minutes away for over a year and never thought to try this place. We tried the brisket grilled cheese and the Cuban sandwich. Both were great. The mop sauce and the hot bbq sauce are great to dip the sandwiches in. Definitely will be frequenting this place more often.
