Mel’s Raspberry Patch is a good place to start one’s day. We were in the area for a family wedding stopped in for breakfast. Although the parking lot was full, we did not have to wait for a table. I had three thick slices of French toast, which was good. My husband enjoyed a cheese omelet, raisin bread toast, and home fries made with red potatoes.

Been newish to Maine for almost 2 years and have struggled to find a solid restaurant. Mels raspberry patch has amazing prices, the warmest service, and by FAR the best breakfast I have had since moving here! I look forward to the breakfast the night before in bed just to tell ya how good it is!

I always love it when I go to Mel’s. I enjoy the one down towards Walmart/the airport area better (much more of a cozy atmosphere), but this one was almost just as great.
