I got the spicy soup bowl with tofu and 3 mushroom dumplings and hot tea. I also ordered veggie steamed dumplings but I ate them before I took an image. Anywho I love it here, the food comes out quickly, the servers are attentive and polite and the atmosphere is quiet and cozy

I’ve been to Szechuan Opera a few times while I’m doing errands in the area, the food is great and always fresh, the staff is nice and helpful. The steamed pork ribs were delicious and the taro slush was refreshing!

We had the cashew nut chicken, pork lo mein, sake and pork dumplings. The food is literally suffocated in sugar. I don’t know why anyone would do that. Considering people could be diabetic, that’s something the restaurant should disclose to customers beforehand. If you like sugar, you’re in for a sugar coma.

I had the egg drop soup & chicken lo mein. Very tasty and service was friendly and efficient. Located in a very cute area of Rochester, I was happy to find street parking while I was passing through. Very close to the Eastman Museum.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Rochester area! Loved their authentic Chinese food. Winner of the day was their Lo Mein and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce. It tasted perfect! Vegetable Dumplings were decent as I felt the vegetables in them had a raw taste and they could have cooked it a little more. I have to say about their customer service as the staffs were really friendly and humble. Great place to dine in. I will definitely visit again and I would definitely recommend this place!

I would say they have the best Chinese food in Rochester. Most of the Chinese places I have been got that sweet and oily food which makes you full with few bites, but this place has really good food seasoned by authentic and delicious spices. And these food doesn’t have too much oil or sweetness which I really liked. If you love spicy food, this place has great options. Service was super friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere inside is great. They have private spaces for larger parties. I really enjoy their food and friendly service. A must visit place in Rochester.
