As a chef who has worked with some of the greatest chefs in the world I question the spice, seasoning is always great but when one can’t eat the food cause it’s way to hot what then? I don’t spend short of a $20 bill to suffer spice and it’s something I have seen in this town, chefs that over do or under do so where is the balance of food you cook. Understand balance and flavor and realize over doing it doesn’t keep people coming back. I believe they have a Chef that can be awesome but they try and over do instead of learning an art and that being a chef. No need to make things painful at that price it does enough make things inviting and people will come back and then price isn’t an issue.

Very nice staff and nice atmosphere. The staff was attentive and not overbearing. They have a nice section off to the side with some tables so you’re not super close to the bar if you don’t want to be. The food menu is pretty limited and there are no allergy friendly options here. They have a variety of drinks. Overall, really great place to bring some friends.

New owners have really made a positive change, the food is fantastic and the staff are friendly and outgoing. This is also one of the ONLY restaraunts in the city that is open on Tuesday, so if you are looking for a place to sit and grab something to eat and a drink for any weekday, look no further. Menu is simple but very good, good selection of beers, craft cocktails, and other drinks. Highly recommend checking out the New Peabody’s!

I want to go on record that my last review was for a single experience not a full experience of Peabodys. I have had the food there a handful of times and it has been great food and I would recommend this place overall. I believe I was a bit harsh in my last review and it didn’t come out as constructive, so I apologize for that and I am looking to have that review removed cause it’s not how I feel over all nor about all the food.
