Three people cook, but there are seats for like 40 people. Guess what happened? I waited 45 minutes to get a panini. Don’t go in there just because there are still empty seats. You might be better off walking somewhere further. Also, I don’t think they haves any beverages. It doesn’t taste bad, but you still can’t be satisfied.

I was looking forward to going to the new castle, but I was not super impressed. There were multiple issues….I had to go back to get falafel since they forgot (I am sure they also didn’t add a couple of the toppings that I had asked for). They touched food and the trash bin without changing gloves. The quinoa was not cooked properly. The food also had no flavor…. the renovated castle is promising, but there is still a lot of work to do to improve the quality of food and service

The Castle is in a great location and the food is quite good. However, if there is a massive influx of people, you can end up waiting for what seems like an eternity. I recommend not going around 12:00 or 5:00.

I have come to the Castle on numerous occasions for the sake of sheer convenience, and am constantly disappointed by the food as well as the service. Not only can it take up to an hour to receive your food, but the food itself is cold, unsatisfying, and the orders are inaccurate over half the time.
