I went for a small soup and was attracted by their aguas frescas sign and I obviously thought their water were made from fresh fruits and they’re not. I wanted a simple exchange for the limonada and the women offered no solutions to me. I offered different ways to help me to either give me my money back, give me limonada instead or exchange for a soup as they were the same price and the worker said she could do nothing for me. Every solution I came up with she denied and said she had to call her manager/owner. Why isn’t anyone in charge to help on the spot? All I wanted was an agua fresca that was $2 dollars and she was acting like I was trying to rob from them. Please give the workers some customer service skills. No wonder people keep going back to big chain restaurants at least you’ll get your money back.

Very good sandwiches. Choices of bread and soups. Sorry to tell you the tomato soup is no longer offered. Poblano pepper soup is very good. They have different combos you can order from as well as very good aguas to drink. Good service and nice friendly staff. They also have a drive thru window, ask for a menu you can take with you so you can have it handy next time. Come support local business!

I rarely leave reviews but the food was so good I had to! I got a grilled chicken spinach wrap with cilantro ranch dressing and it was AMAZING. The employee is always so sweet and patient with me and my indecisiveness! The perfect balance in healthy and delicious!

I work right next door, the food is delicious, however, the manager is INCREDIBLY rude. I understand people have bad days, so I give them multiple chances, EVERY time I’ve gone in there she is rude. EVERY employee they have is spanish speaking only. I went in today to order but not a single person could attend me since I only speak English, I asked the manager can I order or should I leave, she made the gesture to leave

Love this place! Their chicken salad sandwiches are bomb! I love the chipotle one! They have a good vareity of healthy options. If you want to have a good filling meal but not feel guilty about it, go here and check it out! 🙂 They also have a drive thru if u dont want to get down. I dare say its way better than Siempre Natural for sure!!

4/25/18 I went to buy a sandwich today ( I’m aregular customer) because the food is real good. I noticed that the employee that normally works there isn’t in today and that they have someone else there with a lazy and bad attitude, the employee or whatever she is, charged me for the food came out to $10.00. I gave her a $20 and just hands me the 23 cents. When I told her about the mistake she did. She told me that it was $10, I asked her to check it again and with a lazy and bad attitude finally check and was wrong and gave me the right change, and later my food. Next time choose better employees with better attitudes otherwise you’ll have less customers, because my money pays for your lazy and bad attitude employees/ owner.
