Last night I ordered specials 2large pizza for 24.99 and I told him to add 2 Pepsi 2 liter.well he put hold to takes another person order because I hard him taken someone order keep me waiting on the and guess he noticed that he didn’t push the button to put me on hold because the other person that walk in on order the same thing and that’s how he miss up on my order. He gave the other man my order and just give me a pizza and didn’t give me my soda on top that. The woman that I talk to on the phone wanted to charger over 11.00 more when it was already was supposed to been on my from the beginning. The delivery boy was rude when he came out to bring the sodas he cheated me out of my change and I caught it and the he still didn’t give me the right change he was off still yet. So all because of this .I’m sorry ya lost my business!!! I’m not dealing with that kind of business!! I will go somewhere else next time on my pizza!!!!

The management here is poorly trained. I ordered a pizza for delivery using the app. I immediately called the store to let them know I am at the love’s truck stop and the driver needs to call me before arriving so I can meet them at the front door. After an hour the app shows the driver driving in circles. Then he calls me to tell me the manager said he can’t do a “meet up”. I explained this isn’t a “meet up” this is a delivery to a business and I’m standing at the front door. He says his manager considers that a “meet up” and refused to deliver. I call the store to have my money refunded and was hung up on.

This is supposed to be the new Shaq Pizza. XL, twice as many toppings, edge to edge toppings, and the largest slices they have to offer. This is not any of that. This is a child throwing together a lunchables! The dough was obviously rolled wrong as while eating it, some slices literally unfolded/peeled like a biscuit. One slice is the size of 3 while the slice next to it is an inch! Toppings are focused on one area of the pizza, like it got thrown on there. Do better
