We Decided to try this for breakfast last weekend. Was nice to see a menu that was under $25 for breakfast fare. The biscuits and gravy were great, and I decided to try the brisket potato hash. This was definitely more than I expected, and not a typical dish in my opinion. I’d order this again for sure.

Great barbecue and sides on the menu. Biscuits were a bit dry and hard. I expected the biscuits to be amazing. Great jam/butter to go with the biscuits. Will try again to see if I have same results a second time around. Great service from waitstaff.

Came for the happy hour and was not disappointed. Small plates were half off! We got the smoked wings, fried green tomatoes, and country poutine. Apple and arugula salad was a good sized portion and we loved the candied pork belly. Our server, Tovar, was super attentive and friendly. Good vibes for sure. Will definitely come again!

A great experience during happy 4 to 6 pm. Drinks and appetizers are half off. There is ample off street parking. It’s door is next to the bar next door, all our party went into bar bt mistake. The restaurant is Dorr on the right. The service was very good. Very attentive. It was not busy at 4 pm Monday. The loaded fries with brisket and fried green tomatoes were standouts. Drinks were good and strong. Their pecan pie was incredible.

This is a tough mixed review, there were good things and bad things at Biscuits and Bourbon. When we arrived we were greatest and sat ourselves. The server greeted us and got us started right away. It was happy hour so we ordered a few drinks and some small plates. The smoked chicken wings were really good and tasty so that was a treat. The wife ordered the hot watermelon salad and it was ok , it’s supposed to be Nashville hot but it wasn’t so much. It had some kick and flavor but not enough to claim Nashville. Our food came out right after and it was ok. The burger and fries were nothing special and the TRI tip sandwich was a little disappointing. The meat has good smoke flavour and tastes good but the bread wasn’t toasted very well and a bit mushy. The au jous was good and the Mac and cheese was just ok as a side. Now when our order was taken I was asked what side I wanted and she included the Mac and cheese in the offering yet never made mention that it would be an extra charge and that’s not cool. If I knew it was 2.50 extra I wouldn’t have gotten it. The service was good but that’s really not cool . Overall it was ok and we would probably try again.

Food was great and cheap a little hard to find parking at times. Had a hard time finding it at first the sign was hard to see driving by due to a tree in front of the building. The Mac and Cheese was outstanding with the pulled pork and the brisket! I also had the 1/2 rack of Baby back ribs and they had great flavor and smelled awesome.
