I went to a Little Caesars in Santa Ana and got the pretzel pizza. It was so good. But I bought it for someone else so I only had a bite but it was hot and really good. So the next day I decided to go and get one for myself I went to this particular Little Caesars and it was not as hot and fresh as the other one in Santa Ana and since it’s the same chain of pizzas I judged it off of another same chain same Pizza different location pizza was nowhere near as fresh and good as the other store nice cashier.

Tried to order online, said my order needed to be “more than 0$” even though I was buying 3 pizzas for a total of 19$! Then I tried calling to have it delivered but then the caller said “oh, we can’t deliver to your address”. Sounded like an excuse to be lazy. Don’t ask for any pizza to be delivered from here. Their website will either be too stupid or their workers too lazy to deliver.

Everytime I go there the staff is rude and doesn’t even acknowledge you by a simple hello. O and after 9 you have to walk in to order the pizza, you can’t do it by phone, and just to find out they won’t do customized pizza.

Went here n to get a pizza Ana b gave me a nasty old looking pizza I politely told her I’ll wait for a new one she aggressively told me it will be 15 minutes I can see it in her face she was not happy about it I waited for my second pizza then when she gave it to me I open it up the middle of the pie looked like it was burnt and there was only 4 slice that were regular size the rest of the pizza was not cut at all.I was to tired to even say anything else so I walked out and gave it to the homeless man that open the door for me.ANA B WITH THE BLUE SHIRT YOUR NOT FIT FOR THAT JOB IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB PLEASE QUIT GOD BLESS YOU SWEETHEART

This place is false advertising their vision statement ” Hot and Ready” their pizza is never ready this is a JOKE the wait is 10 to 20mins. Dont advertise this message is false. People are seen making a line to wait. Even got to speak to supervisor and they even again on how false this message you and I hear on TV .

The cashiers were doing a great job, especially considering how busy this location can get. The food was just alright…I’ve had better little Caesars before, but then again it was in the evening and quite a big order. Props to them for not missing anything! I’d say if you’re going to go for fresh, try to order in the morning probably.
