Every time we come in here, the service is just horrible. The staff are always so rude, and then when it asks for a tip, they get more mad when you put $0 because they were so rude to begin with. The food is always great, but the lack of kindness and customer service makes me not want to come back, ever! Our last visit, there were two boys that could not stop laughing. This was on July 20th around 1:30. We were waiting to order until they stopped laughing. Never said hello or how can I help you or anything. And just being extremely rude. They have no ounce of care. Then he brings out our food and threw the silverware down. I’m disgusted with the way our service is, and it’s not one time it’s every single time we come in here. And it sucks because the food is good but I don’t recommend if you want to be disrespected and have your lunch or dinner ruined.

Tokyo Joe’s has amazing customer service and some of the best fast seafood ever. They have a friendly young staff who are very eager to help you. I personally love the California Sushi rolls, but you have so many amazing options that you don’t even need to listen to me, you can pick anything!
