I came I’m to order my food and I was told 18 minutes , I waited over 45 minutes and when I went to ask the cashier how much longer they have really bad customer service told me I still had another 15minutes I asked for a refund and I was told I cannot get one since the food was in the making .

WINGSTOP needs to STOP making WINGS their name speaks loudly –Horrible I ordered a 10-piece combo meal paid $17 and the chicken was soft and chewy and no flavor and when I called back to complain they tell me they can only do 30% off my next order of the same thing why would I order the same thing if it was horrible the first time.. horrible they reminded me why I went to other places for chicken in the first place I tried to give them a chance and once again Wingstop failed me Y’all are deteriorating.

Never going to this location again. Victor the so called manager is rude and unprofessional. He refused to remake my food that was cold because doordash didn’t show up. He shouldn’t be in management if he isn’t able to problem solve and resolve issues from paying customers. Wingstop he is not an asset to the company.

I waited about 45 minutes for my order. I decided then to go to the front desk only to realize that it had been deleted. When it was finally served, the rub was incorrect and the order didn’t have fries or veggies. The manager didn’t even apologize nor offered anything to compensate for such poor service. They also wasted paper bags as I had requested dine in service but my order was made for carryout…a total disaster

Ordered delivery and fries were soggy and cold & totally just thrown in a open tray. Wings did not seem fresh and the food was just bad. Never had problems when going inside to eat. I will never order deliver again.

The General Manager at this location is unprofessional, rude and aggressive with women. I ordered a 15 piece, large fries and two drinks. My wings were to be the hot lemon flavor. To my disappointment, when I arrived home I realized they gave my original hot.(pictures attached)I Immediately called and was treated with the most disrespect I’ve ever received from an establishment. The GM called me a liar and refused to rectify. This saddens me as I work for Toyota Corporate and we consistently placed orders with this location when we were in our temporary office. To anyone reading this the GM is going to be the downfall of this location.
