Grab & go dinner tonight. I ordered a #1. It’s a Whopper meal. The buns weren’t hard, my patty was juicy, & the vegetables were fresh. However, my fries were not fresh. Quantity & quality of fries are not good. This is a medium fry. I’m giving 4 stars because usually all of my food is fresh & I can never go wrong with a Whopper.

Me and my family went to the chiefs practice today. It started down pouring and we were hungry and decided to go to Burger King for breakfast. We walked inside the restaurant we were greeted by an older gentleman telling us that We Rule! We order $46 worth of food. After our order was taken the older gentleman offered my 4 kids crowns and said you can be king for a day! My kids were super happy. Got our food in less than 5 minutes everything was hot and tasted fresh. The entire atmosphere was just amazing and very welcoming the entire crew was laughing having fun all while doing their job fast and efficently. This is the kind of restaurant we like to visit. We WILL be coming back to this restaurant for many times to come!! Great work!!

Burger King is failing as a brand. Even when we dine in and the food is cold. Stale buns and no pickles. Flame broiled meat? No way. The only flame in the store is the lighter to light somebody’s weed pipe. Strong smell of weed at the front of store and at the garbage bins. The drinks taste like old moldy garden hoses. Not recommended at all.

This is a very nice Burger King! It looks like it recently had a renovation and looks more modernized then others I have visited. We came in for breakfast and had a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant, a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit, and an order of hashbrowns. I could see (from the front counter) that the employee was making everything fresh and not just grabbing sandwiches that were already made. We appreciate the good meal and friendly service. Went in today 7/10 at about 9AM, no one in line, went through the line, asked for 1 sausage egg cheese crossiant and a hashbrown, and 2 plain crossiants w/ sausage. Got through the line, was told to pull forward, did, the girl just stood at the door with the bag, wouldn’t bring it to us, when we pulled around to talk to the manager outside who was on some kind of a break, he wouldn’t answer if he was the actual manager, and seemed to have no idea what was going on at all and instead of answering just vaguely gestured a few time

All ice machine are broken. out of certain flavors on the pop machine. The pop comes out of the machine warm so it’s not good without ice. My whopper was OK. Not quite on point. The guy running register did not inform me they did not have ice.

Almost every time I visit this establishment they get my order wrong. They only take one order at the drive-thru at a time so the lines always backed up . The food is never hot yet alone warm. This is too bad, because when Burger King’s food is hot and fresh it’s delicious. I would not recommend this Burger King location.

If I could rate this burger King properly. One star in my experience is too much. The food was nasty looked and tasted old nothing was fresh. Our drinks were all diet we didn’t order drinks like that. fries were cold if fact if we were homeless garbage would probably taste better. Often when I go somewhere I always give feed back to corporate. And quite honestly I hope this place is closed down. The only other alternative would be for corporate to come in completely change the staff and remove the management in this faculty and give it a more suitable person in order to do the job. It doesn’t really help when the customer service the people there to tend to the customers have a very smug attitude.

The dining area was filthy, the fountain soda machine was out of several flavors of soda and all the flavors avaliable Tasted like carbonated water, the employees were more worried about talking amongst themselves rather than getting the customers order correct. While making a sandwich, one the employees dropped the sandwich on the floor and kicked under the counter rather than picking it up and disposing of it into the trash. I would not feed anything from this restaurant to myself, my family, not even my dogs. It’s no wonder the place was empty at dinner time when it should have been busy.
