Very Poor Service, and Food Quality at this location. Customer Service was Minimal. Ordered food online at 3:30 Pm to pick up at 7:00 Pm, Food was NOT done, not too mention it was supposed to be a supreme pizza, with 4 Toppings missing. Come on, Do better Next time.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! They never delivered my order, and the employees are rude when you call in to inquire about it. Now I have to call corporate to make sure I get my money back. Big WASTE of time!! This location and it’s employee’s are trash!

Being a Manager at an establishment my standards for outages for items are pretty understandable for me, things happen inventory sometimes isn’t enough because business is a little more busy than expected. So when I got a call stating that they were out of the boxes pan pizzas I was cool but the person who called me was extremely rude and literally rushed me off the phone when he called he started I can order something else or be issued a refund so I’m like ok I don’t know what I want but I know I want to order let me look at my app, this man was like I’ll just issue you a refund repeatedly after I told him geez give me a chance to choose something else…silence from him only thing I heard was deep breathing due to aggravation like it’s my fault. I ended up going to the Fort Worth Ave location and they were amazing! I’ve never had this issue and I hope it can be addressed asap!

I gave 4 stars 2 years ago! Now I’m giving 3! I ordered the pizza, They got the order wrong. Then have to wait extra time for the right one to be made. Then get home to eat, an there’s hair cooked into the pizza.I thought everyone in the kitchen is to wear hair nets.

I placed the order for wings as we do every Wednesday and sent my husband to pick them up curbside. He arrived earlier than the time that they were supposed to be ready and the manager called me when she saw that he had arrived to tell me that the wings were still in the fryer and she would take them out to him as soon as they were ready. Thanks for being attentive to your curbside customers.

I’ve had some reservations because of previous Pizza Hut experiences. But I gave this store a try and I was beyond glad I did. Daisy the manager got my order right and was very helpful and patient when I was ordering (I changed it a couple times during the ordering)! When I picked up my food she was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone and she greeted me with a smile! Because of her great customer service and the quality of my food I will be visiting this location again.

TRASH!!! Ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later. Get there and the pizza wasn’t made. They didn’t offer an apology, an extra side or anything. Customer service is AWFUL!!!
