Tasty food, and it came really fast! Honestly the only reason it’s 4 instead of a 5 is because it really needs to be updated inside. The staff were really nice and helpful, and the food was really good. It’ll sit in your gut for hours! Good value for the price too.

Very, very slow seating and service. Veggie burger was only barely warm and not cooked thoroughly. Onion rings were hot and greasy -to be expected. Not worth the extended wait to order a drink.

Tried to take my grandma to fish and chips, she warned me the “owner isn’t very nice”. I told her np, no one is going to be mean to us. We walked in and a grumpy dirty guy looked up asked how many, dropped 3 menus on a table seated far away from all of the wait staff and other customers and walked away. Restaurant was pretty dead (looking back i understand why now) waitress and himself seemed to be it on a Saturday night at 6pm. We waited to order drinks or be greeted properly while watching both of them continue on the other side of the restaurant , looking over at us but never once acknowledging. Fast forward 15 minutes we finally get up to leave and he yells “oh sorry” to our backsides. Needless to say, Blaine Bobs was amazing. This needs to be called something other than “Bob’s” ..gives em a bad name .

Literally just ordered take out. My wife repeated mine and her order over and over and they said they had it for sure. No mayo on her burger and mine plain add cheese.. Drove over when it was ready and drove all the way back home. Opened it up and the fries are cold and soggy like they just threw in a batch that was left out and my burger has no cheese and everything else on it.. How hard is a plain with cheese burger..so I got to pay 11 dollars for a meat patty. Save your self some time and go to good burger for the same price and be much happier with your experience

This was our first time at a Bob’s Burger. I am not a picky eater and it takes a lot for me to complain about service. The service was absolutely horrendous. We felt like we got left in the back corner and no one attended to us, before, during or after our meal. 🙁 Our uncomplicated order was wrong, even after trying to explain several times. Food was not great. Two reminders to bring my milk and still it never came. Unfortunately will not set foot in this food chain again!

I went into Bob’s in Ferndale for the first time with my family last week. When we entered the restaurant there was nobody there to greet me. I finally sat down, and the waitress came out. She immediately explained that we could not bring our water bottle in the restaurant to fill up (it was a very hot day and we had a long car ride back to our home in Oak Harbor). We also were told we could not sit in the spot we selected (I have 2 kids so I was not happy about that) I then asked her if we could have a water to go to place in the bottle once we leave, and she said no. So we left. I will now never even try Bob’s Burgers because the waitress there was rude and acted like she didn’t want our business, nor cared when we told her we were leaving. She smiled when I said we will be taking our business elsewhere. So if you go, I recommend not going in on a Saturday afternoon, because your server will most likely be rude, and not even care to seat you!

Food was good, but slow. Prices were a tad higher than I would expect, but still reasonable. Place was understaffed, one person upstairs, one downstairs. The bathrooms are disgusting. The tv’s in the bar are a collection of old tube types and a couple cheap flatscreens. This must be the oldest Bob’s in existence, teal carpet and the whole place is pretty run down. Staff was audibly unhappy, and we were treated to all the details overheard while we ate.

Good service and value (considering the amount of food you get for the price), but the food always leaves me wishing there was some healthier options on the menu–something more in the vein of Fiama Burger. This Bob’s is looking a bit dated compared to the others in the county.

Probably the worst restaurant I have been to. First, smells and appears unclean. Service was slow and very poor. Food mediocre at best. Tried 3X to make sure of my opinion, same each time I went. I have been to most all of the Bob’s in Whatcom County and I love them all, except for this one. Birch Bay is my favorite
