3rd shift women are utterly ridiculous and have 0 sense of customer service. always rude and never willing to actually do their job. it seems like they want to start a fight. tacos (especially carne asada) are pure fat with a hint of actual beef. i’m constantly just taking out chunks of this gross fat. whoever is in the kitchen making that need to be let go ASAP. no prices on the drive thru until you get to the front and they slap that $50 price tag for 7 small fat filled tacos. Don’t even get me started on the drive thru experience. The mic sound quality really sums up how much they really care for the customers. i end up pulling up to the window making the drive thru an additional 30 minute wait. not to mention every time that i call the phone you can hear them clearly pick up the phone and hang it up right after (only experienced this during the nightly hours). 0 order in this establishment wouldn’t recommend it for anyone that respects themself.

Took over almost 2 hours to get the food, i only live half a mil from them. It was all cold an unedible. Did no come with change for a 20 even though i asked them to. Lady who delivered my food was rude about it. I called to get a refund an bring their food back an their was ofcourse no manager available to speak too. Plus order was not right an drinks where watered down as well over all a $60 loss food was not eaten.

The service was horrible, it took 15 min to put my order in, and another 20 min to get my food. I’m glad that I checked my order before I left because they hadn’t put my burritos in the bag. There were a bunch of doordash drivers that were irritated and waiting for their orders too. One guy got there at the same time I did and was still waiting after i left. I had to cram my food in my mouth on the way back to work because i was on my lunch break and it’s supposed to be only a 30 min lunch. Wont be going back to Que Pasa’s, especially on my lunch break.

Drive thru 24 hour authentic tacos need I say more.. usually very quick but it can get busy at any time. Cost is low, and the food is amazing. I suggest look up the menu BEFORE you go so you can see the variety they have. The inside is just as good of you want to have a sit down meal, but if you’re on the move I suggest drive thru.
