Had Italian Beef – menu states “piled high” – wrong! Was all bread and a little beef thrown in there. Very little mozzarella on sandwich too. Won’t go back – costs high, quality very low.

We decided to do an early dinner and a friend gave us a menu with some coupons so we decided to give Rosatis a try. Since we arrived at an off time of day it took a long time to be acknowledged and seated but once we did get seated the service was very good and we were in want of nothing. The parking was onstreet parking so I am not sure what it would be like on a busy night. The seating was plentiful and nicely spaced to keep with covid precautions. Most of the staff was appropriately masked but some not at all.

9-30-21 Lost two stars last night. I posted the review below a couple of months ago. We have been back to Rosati’s a few more times since then. The service is just bad. I don’t know any other way to put it. We ordered cocktails, we were charged for “doubles” – which may be what we got, but that is not what we ordered. We waited and waited for food. There had been two other tables of four people in the restaurant when we arrived, but they were long gone before we got our food. When the food arrived, it was clear that it had been sitting back in the kitchen for a while. The Italian beef was dried out and looked like it had been under a heat lamp for half an hour. The pizza was cold. The food was edible, but the experience was disappointing to be sure. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Rosati’s I would go to again and again. The food is so good… truly tasty and comforting. Not haute cuisine, but well prepared excellent food. I would have given it all five stars if the service was better. Hire some staff over 16 who knows how to wait and serve. Otherwise, good job.

The manager, employees and food is great! You always get this beautiful cursive hand writing on your delivery boxes and perfectly equaled out pizza toppings. I’ve been ordering from this Rosati’s in Mendota since 2019 but the Franchise itself since my teenage years. The only complaint I have is that they’re $$$ a tad, but worth the buck if you have it.
