Walked in tonight to get dinner for the family. There was not a single customer in the store and no one in drive thru. They had a total 5 people im thr store. As I stood at the counter for 5 mins amd no one offered to help me. I can plainly see multiple people standing around. One of the employees sees me and tells me that they are doing pick up orders only amd walks away. Confused another lady tells me that they are under staff amd if I wanted to order something I would need to place a only order or drive thru the drive thru. Are you kidding me, you have no customers at all, you have 5 people standing around and you can’t just take my order. I hope the owner of this establishment knows what kind of employees he has working for them. Paying people to stand around while you let paying customers just walk out the door. Not a good way of doing business.. if this place goes under, you know why.. What happened to customer service.

Employees too busy partying around cars in the parking lot to man the kitchen. Won’t call or notify mobile customers of being to lazy to cook the food despite 30-45 minute online ordering to pick up time. Closes the kitchen at 8pm according to the methhead behind the counter. We came for Sunday lunch and added a 8-count nugget to try the new item. The “You’ve never had nuggets like these” ad was correct. I’ve never had such dry, tough, lukewarm, small pieces of overly breaded chicken bites in my life. I should have been paid the $4.49 to dispose of this mess. Save your money and go to Chick Fil A on Monday for some satisfying nuggets.
